We all know that Apps are the new hotness in the classroom. My daughter is six, and she is constantly asking me to download new apps so she can learn things. We also know that teachers are looking for new tools to help them address the Florida Civics benchmarks. Knowing these things, our friends at the National Archives have created a new application for tablets (currently for iPads only, sadly, but they are working on translating it into use for other tablets and for iPhones). It centers around the creation of the Bill of Rights, and would seem to align pretty decently with Benchmarks 2.4, 2.5, and 3.6. We here at the FJCC look forward to playing around with it some more and seeing what we can do with it! You can access the app at the links below, as it is not yet searchable in the AppStore.
